I bought a leather Ekornes loveseat from a seller on Craig's List. What a deal, except it literally reeked of tobacco smoke. I tried everything I could think of, including special order chemicals. Nothing made any difference, until Ted took over. In a matter of hours, without chemicals, Ted completely removed the tobacco smell. Let me emphasize--it is completely gone. I am thrilled with the service, the price, and especially with the results. I could not be more pleased.
